User Agreement

Welcome to Framt.com online marketplace (the "Site"). Any person who wishes to access the Site to buy, sell or any other services including the social networking environment provided on the Site (Collectively the “services”) must accept the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, without change.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. BY REGISTERING FOR AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

Kalosoft Systems Technologies Pvt. Ltd is the sole company for the Site "Framt.com". Framt.com reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement or any policies or guidelines governing the Site or Services at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revisions on the Site. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes. Changes to referenced policies and guidelines may be posted without notice to you.

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES FOLLOWING FRAMT’S POSTING OF ANY CHANGES WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES OR THIS SITE.

Eligibility

Use of the Site and the Services is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contract under applicable law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, minors may not use the Services. Every person who uses the Services hereby represents to Framt.com that he or she is not a minor, is at least over the age of eighteen (18) and may otherwise enter into and form binding contracts under applicable law. To register, you must provide your real name, address, phone number and e-mail address, along with other information that may be required from time to time.

Applicable Policies and Guidelines

You agree to abide by the procedures and guidelines for conducting and participating in transactions on the Site, which are contained in the Help Pages and are incorporated by reference into, and made part of, this Agreement

Responsibility in Selling Products

Although Framt provides the services to sell on it, but it is important to understand that the products does not belong to Framt, nor have any association with the individual or party posting it, such that Framt.com does not hold any liability for the products in case of delivery, quality, promise by any third party vendor who is registered as Framt user.

Framt.com Modules Section

The site Framt.com offers various services inside same platform and you must understand different services and sections are governed by different terms and conditions, which hereby says when you enter the particular modules like shopping, social networking, selling, affiliation on Framt.com you must accept the terms and conditions for that particular module, which are mentioned above in this point.

Social Networking Environment and Content

Here you must agree that the whole Framt.com website is under the social networking environment and so you agree to the content you are going to post on the network and on the site. It should be free from adultery products and services, pornographic material and content, products that can cause harm to any religious sentiments of any community and country. Please read our Restricted Item Policy.

Suspension of Accounts

Framt.com reserves the right to suspend any user account which will not allow user to access his/her account in future and will also seize all the content posted by the user on Framt.com in accordance to the non commitment to any of the Framt.com terms and conditions, privacy policy, restricted item policy.

Charge and Payment

As for now and till the new update of the user agreement for using services, Framt network is available for free and without any hidden charges, except the content and products of its users on which Framt.com does not hold any rights.

Security

As for all the services and users continuity on Framt.com does not borne any liability on Framt.com to continued business or services, till and until it’s a paid service and we “ both parties are in agreement to those terms and conditions” .

Password Security

Your password may be used only to access the Site, use the Services, electronically sign your transactions and review your completed transactions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You may not disclose your password to any third party (other than third parties authorized by you to use your account) and are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password on this Site. If your password is compromised you must change your password.

Disclaimer

In relation to the above terms and conditions we accept them as our terms and conditions for the users of our site and they will be liable for any of the misconduct which is beyond the scope of Framt.com user agreement.
